LAURA GLADWIN trained at Leith's School of Food and Wine before working as a freelance chef. She now works as a writer and editor specializing in food and drink, writing for The Good Food Guide and editing high-profile cookbooks for chefs including Ferran Adrià , René Redzepi, and Heston Blumenthal, as well as the children's book Feast Your Eyes on Food. She lives in London.
DAWN M CARDONA is a self-taught artist who had dreamed of illustrating a children's picture book ever since she was a child. With this being her fifth book project, she has truly made that dream her reality! Dawn now lives in South Carolina where she enjoys gardening, bird watching and collecting vintage ephemera.
