About the Author

Demetrio Paparoni is an art critic, essayist and editor who in 1983 founded the contemporary art journal and publisher Tema Celeste. He has curated numerous exhibitions and contributed to catalogs on Andy Warhol, Keith Haring, Jean-Michel Basquiat, and Roy Lichenstein, among others.
