Martin Clayton is Head of Prints and Drawings for Royal Collection Trust, and has published widely on the Italian drawings in the Royal Collection, including Leonardo da Vinci: A Life in Drawing (2018). He is the curator of the forthcoming exhibition Drawing the Italian Renaissance (November 2024).
