About the Author
Alain Stella is the author of Jacques Garcia: Twenty Years of Passion: Château du Champ de Bataille , Mariage Frères French Tea: Three Centuries of Savoir- Faire (2003), French Wine Chateaux: Distinctive Vintages and Their Estates (2012), and The Book of Tea (1992), all published by Flammarion.
