Indigo Irvine loves her amazing, artistic mum. She fills their lives with joy and colour with her beautiful paintings and wonderful stories. Some days are harder than others, like when the heating runs out or when mum just can't seem to get out of bed. They get through them together with kitchen dance parties, slurpy noodles and a whole lot of painting. But when the going gets tough can Indi and her mum still find a way to celebrate the good times?

About the Author
Rhiannon Archard is a Welsh illustrator of children's books. She studied Illustration at Camberwell UAL and is currently based in a little market town in the beautiful Kentish countryside. Her work combines traditional and digital techniques to create her colourful and painterly illustrations. If the opportunity arises, she would play and experiment with all the media and art processes known to man; instead, she has narrowed it down to a few favourites: Gouache, watercolour, colour pencils, lino printing and ceramics.
