Praise for Out of the Shadows

**STARRED REVIEW** "Robinson concentrates on Reiniger’s early career, culminating in Prince Achmed’s triumphant premier, and she spins the tale with once-upon-a-time panache. Illustrations handily deal with technical explanations, but Robinson’s own cut-paper work both explicates and celebrates Reiniger’s technique."
The Bulletin of the Center for Children's Books

The Horn Book Magazine
