But when the waters of the Turkey River start to rise and threaten to flood, the trolls rush to warn the townspeople. About the Authors
Ahana Ganguly is an editor, writer, and multimedia artist, and they do editorial work for Enchanted Lion. They love stories and images that are very big or very small. They love stories and images that ask questions or make the world a little unfamiliar. Following Pumpkin Island and How the Big Bad Wolf Got His Comeuppance, award-winning master etcher Arthur Geisert concludes his Clayton County trilogy with The Trolls of the Turkey River. Geisert, who grew up in Los Angeles and learned to etch at the Otis Art Institute, has lived in Iowa for most of his adult life. He currently lives on the banks of the Turkey River in Elkader, Iowa.
