About the Author
Since launching into the food industry in 2014, Zacchary Bird has worked as a chef, caterer and recipe developer, specialising in the design of plant-based meat alternatives. Zacchary released Meals for Mere Mortals in 2019 and quickly followed up with Vegan Junk Food in 2020. The Vegan Butcher is his third cookbook.
