The book contains recipes for so many different types of desserts—from flans and empanadas, to cakes, cookies, and more. The gorgeous pictures are colorful and adorn each page, showcasing the baking (and tasting) that is sure to come. We were grateful for her pantry introduction, as we are eager to learn more about the ingredients commonly used in the Mexican American kitchen.We can’t wait to begin baking.
